Adverse weather conditions
In the event of inclement weather which in our opinion would pose a risk to health & safety of our personnel or equipment or has the potential to prevent successful video or audio capture, we reserve the right to change the date or time of filming to a more suitable date or time.
Payments :
– Payment is due when the services start or 14 days from invoice date (if approved in advance). Late payment will be subject to a compensation payment, plus interest charged at 8%.
– Payment can be made by cash or wire transfer in rupiah to the following accounts (see bank details section below). All payments by PayPal or by a different currency are charged at 8%.
50% deposit required to confirm the service.
Cancellations and Reschedule :
In the event of the Client wishing to change or cancel the filming date we require a minimum of 2 weeks before to apply the following charges :
- 2 weeks before the shooting date – refund 100% of deposit
- 1 week before the shooting date – refund 50% of deposit
Overtime rental Fee :
In the case you get delay for return the material, an extra will be calculated from the total invoice. This is our rules in case you pass the 24 hours allowed by the rental contract:
Under 1 hours: No extra Fees
1hours – 6hours: 25% extra charge
6hours – 12 hours: 50% extra charge
over 12hours : 100% extra charges.
